Downloading photos and videos from LIV Camera

View in Headset via Gallery App

1. Open the Camera icon from your Quest dashboard.
2. Select See All to open your Gallery and view your screenshots or video captures.

Sync to Meta Horizon App (Mobile)

1. In your headset’s Gallery, tap the three dots (⋮) on a video or photo and select Sync.
   • You can also tap the cloud/sync icon in the top-left corner to sync all captures.
2. Once synced, open the Gallery tab in the Meta Horizon mobile app to download your videos or photos.

Troubleshooting 'Download Unsuccessful':

If you see a “Download Unsuccessful” error when trying to download your media from the Meta Horizon app, visit meta.com/gallery on your mobile or PC browser to download your files directly.

Transfer to Computer via USB

1. Connect your Quest headset to your PC using a USB cable.
2. Inside your headset, click the notification bell, then select USB Detected → Allow Access to Data.
3. On your computer, navigate to:
   • File Explorer → Quest → Internal shared storage → Movies → [Game Name folder] for videos.
   • File Explorer → Quest → Internal shared storage → Pictures → [Game Name folder] for photos.

Alternative Transfer Option (Cloud Upload)

1. Open the browser on your Quest headset.
2. Upload your videos or photos to a cloud service such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
3. Access and download them later from your phone or computer.
