Meta controls the payment process, LIV doesn't manage payments. We have raised the issue with Meta and have not had a solution yet.
- You must have a back up payment method, ie: credit card on your account
- You must have enough cash (in USD) to pay for the subscription period
- You must be in an eligible country to use Quest Cash (read Meta's FAQ)
If you are still unable to use Quest Cash after meeting these requirements, please submit a ticket to us with the following info.
- If you're on a child or parent managed account (teen)
