Issue: You're streaming and it stops by itself, showing the blue screen error. "Internal error, Failed to reach our backend or no internet connection."
Potential Causes:
- You're not connected or lost connection to the internet
- You have weak or unstable internet connection. In order to stream, the LIV Camera must have a strong, consistent connection.
- The LIV servers are down
Known workarounds:
- Reconnect to the internet
- Improve your internet connection to your headset. For example, move closer to your WiFi router, have less devices connected to the router
- Check https://liv.tv/discord to see if there's a known LIV outage
Long term solution:
